Active or not ?

Hello, my name is Iasagi K. Strife. i found this today mode a account, then searched around a bit to find a download link, but  it seams the game is not out yet, i was wondering  if it as still active ? i  read the fourms , well all the topics and none of them seamed recent, which makes me a bit sad, thinking this game will get dumped like every other game i seen that was good looking. well. if anyone has any information it would be nice.
